The Administration’s Quality Management System (QMS) is certified under the ISO 9001:2015 standard that requires an organization to meet its own established requirements, the expectations of its customers, and obligations mandated within the industry’s operational regulatory framework.
The Administration continuously seeks to optimize what it considers to be the fundamental quality management principle of the ISO 9001 standard, which is to improve customer satisfaction by planning for and striving to meet customer expectations. A continual improvement organizational culture has been adopted to improve our processes and operational output.
