Directives

In addition to primary and secondary legislation, the Merchant Shipping Act allows the Director of ADOMS to, after consultation with the Minister, issue Directives for the implementation of the Act.  These are also a form of Antigua and Barbuda shipping regulations that need to be followed. Directives may be issued in relation to any matter for which Regulations may be made.
