Application for the issue of a certificate of insurance

This form may be used to submit an application for certificates of insurance  for multiple ships in accordance with the Nairobi International Convention on the removal of wrecks 2007, the International Convention on Civil Liability for Oil Pollution Damage, 1992, and  the International Convention of Civil Liability for Bunker Oil Pollution Damage , 2001.
