Information Notice 2015 -005 (Rev 1) Enclosed Space Entry

This Information Notice provides guidance in respect of enclosed space entry. Due to the number of incidents involving injury and death to seafarers as a result of entering enclosed spaces, SOLAS Chapter III Regulation 19 amendments came into effect on 1 January 2015.
