This Circular provides information that reflects the latest procedures adopted by ADOMS with respect to Seafarers’ Medical Certificates and includes a list of Antigua and Barbuda approved Medical Practitioners whose certificates are accepted in addition to those issued worldwide as outlined in the text of this circular.
