If a vessel is involved in an accident that results in injury to a person who requires medical treatment beyond first aid, but not admittance to hospital, or that causes minor property damage, the owner or operator shall complete this accident report form and submit to the Authority (ADOMS), within 14 days after the day of the accident.
If a vessel is involved in an accident that results in a fatality, injury to a person who requires admittance to hospital, or major property damage, the owner or operator shall report the accident to the local police and ABDF CG, as soon as possible, with a copy to the Authority (ADOMS).
